Lauren Evans, President of Lauren Evans International Consulting, has worked in the area of Human Resources and organizational development since 1985. She brings a unique and interesting mix of expertise in human resources, performance measurement, psychometric assessment, and issues related to  physical and mental disabilities, and to cultural diversity and inclusiveness. She works with a highly qualified team of Associates, and has provided consulting services to over 70 organizations in North America, Europe, South America, Africa and Japan. Lauren is based in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.

Past clients include the Canadian Centre on Substance Abuse, Across Boundaries (a mental health centre that provides services to racialized people in Toronto), the Canadian Human Rights Commission, the Health Charity Coalition of Canada, the Health Equity Council, and the Institute of Mental Health Research. 

Lauren is a former Director of the Board of Directors of Daybreak Housing whose clients may be recovering from mental health issues and/or addiction. She is the author of the highly successful book Employment Equity and Diversity Management: A Tip Book for Supervisors and Managers, with thousands of copies sold in Canada.

Lauren is fluent in English, French and Spanish.
